In WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace. This has a significant effect of the outcome for their country!

A group of Christians is rallying together now to do the same for our country. Each night at 8 pm. central time, (9 pm Eastern) they are asking that we set aside just one minute each night to pray for our country, it's leaders and future leaders, our troops and all of the decisions that we are facing today. I truly believe this will be a powerful time for our country as well!

Will you join us in this cry for our country? We so desperately need God's hand upon us in these final days. It's incredibly powerful to know that as God's people we have the authority to pray for this country. We are at war, we are injecting our children with poison as if it's nothing, we are killing babies, we are in the midst of a spiritual battle that is destroying this beautiful place that is supposed to be founded on the principles of God...and we need help. I know as Christians that we generally take much more than 1 minute a day to pray, but at this specific time each night please be specific with God about the issues that he lays upon your heart and allow Him to work in powerful ways! Don't feel as if you have to time yourself to one minute exactly, but just make it a daily habit to plead with Jesus for this land.

In my heart of hearts, I truly believe that this can make an awesome difference in our lives! I cannot wait to hear about how God is moving in some of yours!
"God's spirit does not make cowards out of us. God's spirit gives us power, love & self control!"
