Cold as ice.

It's freezing in this house today!!! I'm waiting on Nora to wake up and Braden is watching Elmo. I had it set in my mind before bed last night that other than going to the Y, I was going to spend the day playing and focusing on the kids....more so than usual. I cant wait until Nora wakes up so I can cuddle with her under a blanket. Did I mention it's freezing?

We had a great weekend! Saturday night we went out with Felicia and Alex and had some awesome food. Then we went shopping and didnt get home until 10:30. I love to put the kids to bed and it's hard for me knowing that I wont be home to do it, but it was nice being able to come home and having the house quiet after a long night of intense shoppin. haha. We woke up yesterday and Daniel had gone hunting. Sara stayed here Saturday night since it was so late and anyway, we just had a super lazy day yesterday. Braden even stayed in his jammies all day long! I made some sour cream cookies that are to DIE for! yummm. Daniel and I had to go to a Christmas party for the Y and it was alot of fun! Papa Butch watched the kids for us. I appreciated that so much! Both of the kids went to bed early and I cozied up on the couch to catch up on some shows. All in all, it was one of the best weekends I've had in a long time.

There's not a whole lot going on this week. I have to babysit a couple of days for the girls but other than that, it's just cold and bitter outside so I'm planning on mostly staying in. I have to go to the Decatur Y in the morning for a kickboxing class since I start teaching it here in a couple of weeks. I've been doing it with the FitTV lady in our living room the last couple of days and it has killed my body. I gotta keep it up or I'll look like a fool trying to teach it. haha. Anyway, please keep Daniel in your prayers. It's super cold here with ice and snow on the ground and he just gets so tired after a long day. He enjoys it though, but it's just hard work being out in the weather like that day in and day out.
