1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground cinammon
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 bone in loin chops
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1-1/2 tsp. butter; melted
1-1/2 Dijon mustard

Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients; rub over pork chops. Place in a greased 11 in X 7 in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake 5 minutes or until meat juices run clear.

* I didnt have maple syrup so I replaced that with the same amount of honey. It turned out awesome!

* For a side idea, mix a bag of instant rice with a bag of instant veggies. Voila! Vegtebale rice medley!
As always, Enjoy & email me with any feedback!
