Chicken Soup hits the spot!

Tis the season for homemade soup! Yesterday I made a pot of Chicken noodle and it was delicious! Here is how I did it! Enjoy...!
Ramee's Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
1 bag egg noodles
1 lb. chicken breasts
4 cans chicken broth (14 oz each)
2 medium carrots; chopped (1 cup)
2 medium celery sticks; chopped (1 cup)
1 medium onion; chopped
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Open cans of chicken broth and put them in a large stock pot. Bake chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes
While chicken is baking, chop carrots, onion and celery into small pieces.
Add all of the vegetables to your chicken broth.
Give a dash of salt and pepper.
Cut chicken breast into small pieces and add to broth as well.
Cover and let simmer for approx. 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add noodles and cook until noodles and vegetables soften. Voila!
Quick, easy, fresh, delicious, and healthy!
