Just a quick update to let you all know we are alive.
I woke up yesterday much sicker than I have been in a long time.
After 6 baths, some Tylenol, alot of rest and the heating pad, I feel much better today, although still not 100%. I have a pretty bad cough, as do the kids.
Neither of the redheads are running fevers as of today, though I can still tell they don't feel completely well.
They are still drinking and sleeping good so I'm not as concerned as I was a few days ago.
We serve a mighty and awesome God!!!
This holiday week seems surreal to me.
My 25th birthday is on Wednesday and yet it doesn't feel as if it's approaching.
And it doesnt feel like Thanksgiving time around here either. I am excited about having our house in the Tour of Homes, but it has stolen from me a bit of the holiday spirit. It's more work than fun, which is frustrating. But I'm sure it will be worth it when it's all said and done. I hope so at least.
4 days til Thanksgiving and 4 great big reasons to be thankful this year!!!
