Screaming...

I hear screaming through the house constantly. At each other, or at the dog. Between all of us redheads, we just do a lot of screaming. That's all there is to it. Of course I desire for us to have a calm, almost sensual environment in this home. One that is serene and peaceful for our children. And many times it is. But, I am loud. And I am a screamer. And apparently so are my children...

I just heard Nora scream.
I march in the room frustrated at her for not using her inside voice.
Turns out that brother bit her butt. Yes, people...her butt.
So now he is upstairs in his room screaming.
Sigh.

It's snowing here again. We're supposed to get more than we're gonna get, I believe. I'm so thankful it's not as much as Rachel is supposed to get up in Michigan. They're calling for a complete white-out of 30 or more inches. Please keep Rachel, Amos and their families in your prayers over the next couple days!!!

Tomorrow is my friend Ashley and Bethany's baby showers. I'm excited to share in such a special time of their lives with them! We're gonna see lots of new babies over the next few months. It's such a gift to be able to see the Lord birth a new generation!

My grandpa Dan is currently in the hospital with some breathing and lung issues. I was with him for awhile last night and they transferred him to a bigger hospital today after much determination on our end. I'm thankful that they chose to move him and hopefully we can get some more opinions on the situation. I am so grateful for your prayers concerning our family. After all, hospitals and death draw up a raw emotion in everyone, but our family sure has had it's fill. We are trusting God for restoration in my grandpa's lungs and that his breathing would no longer be labored or difficult. He is such a great grandpa to not only myself, but to our children and I am beyond thankful for him in our lives! I'll post updates when I have them...

In the meantime, thanks for your love! To those of you who have emailed me (Tiffany;) and others...I have been busy getting a few things done around here and other than that, I simply forget. Forgive me? I'll get back to you soon! Just know that you are in my prayers and I am constantly wrapping your families in my love.

....more screaming...
which is my cue to be done blogging for the day.
Until tomorrow, friends...

Oh, you are so sweet!! I don't expect a response. Believe me I know how the days fly by. Your prayers mean so much. I pray for you daily as well. I am so glad we found each other in bloggy world. I laughed at your admittance of being a screamer. I love your authenticity. My Scotty is turning into a screamer. He has even gotten a few hiney spanks over it, which breaks this mommy's heart. Have a lovely weekend. I am praying for your grandpa.

Ramee, I think about you and your little (or i suppose NOT so little)family of redheads nearly every day. I am so excited for the arrival of what is SURE to be redhead #4 (as i don't consider Daniel an ACTUAL redhead... he is one by default lol.) You are so very right about seeing a lot of babies in the next few months, what a blessing from God, indeed!
I will be keeping your family and Rache in my prayers. ell her I said hello.
Much love to you all.
XOXO Annie B.
PS. I am a screamer too. :)

My house is full of screamers too!! I am also a screamer! I find myself screaming at the kids for screaming. Well I am more of a yeller I guess. Nathan has started this just crazy loud long scream whenever Cassie wrongs him in some way it is like nothing I have ever heard! Cassie is a dramatic screamer. AJ doesn't really scream yet he just pouts and stomps off in a huff. Chelsea is definitely a screamer!! So don't worry your house is not the only loud one! I think we scare people when they come over with the shear volume of our house! :) Wouldn't have it any other way!!!
