Do you look like the Father?

This is the most beautiful site I have ever seen.

My boy, who looks just like his daddy.

And today when I opened the photo, the Lord spoke.

"Do you look like the Father?"

Conviction.

We are supposed to be known because we should model Jesus. We should look like the Father. Not necessarily in a physical sense, because let's face it-I doubt Jesus was a redhead; but in a way that people would know us just by looking.

'She's a Christian.'

You see, when looking at my children, no matter how much you may think they look like me--the truth is, you would know them by their dad as well.

I have been told many times I look like my dad. I used to disagree.

Now it makes me proud.

And I hope I can do the same by him.

People know me by him. He has made himself known to them.

Have we?

Jesus has made Himself known to them as well--

but they look away.

We are His followers who are supposed to look like Him, model Him, give Him a good name.

I want people to know me by Him.

Striving to look like my daddy in Heaven today.
