Want a quick and easy meal that is sure to please?
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees! Coat 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in eggs and then a combo of corn flakes, Parmesan cheese & a dash of garlic powder.
Bake for 23 minutes.

Boil some water.
Throw in some corn.
Let boil for 12 minutes or until tender.
And then Enjoy your Parmesan crusted chicken & corn on the cob!
And sit back, relax & enjoy the storm.

Yummy! I bought some crispy parmesan shake-n-bake and I keep forgetting to use it. I was planing to put it over spaghetti noodles and sauce. Thanks for the quick and easy idea!
