Sick redheads.

We bicker.
We argue.
We fight.
At the end of the day, none of it really matters.
My husband is a warrior for me; and I know that. Even if at the time it doesn't feel that way. Because in the times when it really does matter, he always stands up and battles for our family in ways that are so important.

Both kids were extremely sick yesterday. They both woke up with puppy dog eyes, complaining of headaches and tummy aches. Daniel worked the entire day and came home not feeling well himself. Naturally I was slightly frustrated because I wanted (needed) a break from being hung on. He always pulls through for me and I don't tell him thank you enough. Even after walking his mail route and being exhausted, he helped me care for the kids so much. He's there dad, so obviously he helps, but there are just some moments when it means so much to me.
By 9 pm, both kids had fevers of 103. They were burning up, crying and it was scary. We prayed over them and my husband kicked into go mode. Without saying a word to one another, we proceeded giving baths, medicine, dressing, comforting, making palettes for sleeping, etc. and doing it well. This is why we work together so well as a team. We both slightly cried at a few different points in the night. The kids were pitiful and it's so hard to see them in pain or not feeling well.
I love this man so much and am so thankful for his help and his strength.
He slept on the floor of our bedroom with Nora while I slept in the bed with brother. Both kids are feeling slightly better this morning although Nora still has a slight fever. We aren't sure what brought this little bug on, but we are sure that God is healing the redheads. They'll be better in no time!

I'm 36 weeks today.
Dr's appointment later & a belly pic post to follow!
All of your love and prayers are always appreciated.
