Changes & Prayers.

The Lord's provision in our lives has always been incredible. We daily pray for His guidance; that we would be on the right path directed only by Him. We pray for the Lord's will to be done in our lives-in every aspect.

Daniel has a great job. It enables me to stay home with the children and carry out the plan that we believe God has for our family in homeschooling. However, Daniel's current job is not one that will build a 'career.' He works 40 hours a week but is not considered a full time letter carrier. He doesn't receive medical benefits, although he does get benefits through the VA. He walks miles and miles every day and feels like he is physically breaking down his body. He's tired and I can't blame him.

For quite some time he has been seeking other job opportunities. He has always been interested in the field of police work or security because he feels qualified in both areas. He had great experience in the Marine Corps and his resume' just confirms that.
This week he will be taking a test for a job that could potentially be great for him and for our family. It could be the start of a new journey--one that brings about change. A good friend told me yesterday to 'not be afraid for our security should be in the Lord.'
I believe that with my entire heart and I am excited at the possibilities.
Would you join me in praying for my husband?

Thee are a couple other things happening that I would love for you to cover in prayer with me as well. I will go into more detail later but for now, God knows.
I'm grateful for the hearts of friends.
Thankful for a place that I can be vulnerable and real.
The Lord truly is magnificent!

I am praying for you, Ramee. Your friend is right. Rest in the security of knowing that God is in complete control. Will you pray for my family, too? We have something HUGE happening right now. I will email you this afternoon if I get a chance.

Dear Ramee,
I dug into my important papers basket today and pulled out the flyer your mom sent to me in July. I finally visited your blog and read it all the way back to August 24th 2010. You are a gifted writer on an incredible life journey. I will keep your precious Mabel in my prayers. God bless you and your entire family, Love, Anne
