Everyone likes a good party. Our kids take the word party to an extreme.
Every night we have a "pajama party" when we get ready for bed.
Sometimes we have "brownie parties," and we often have parties to celebrate when we become members of the 'Clean plate club" after dinner.
Last night was a gorgeous pre-fall evening. After the whole family took a walk to Wal-Mart, we came home and I baked a pizza.
The kids laid out a blanket in the back yard...
...and we enjoyed a Pizza Party Picnic.
Mabel enjoyed staring at her handsome daddy...
and someday soon she'll enjoy eating pizza with us too.
Braden enjoyed the freedom of eating on the run...
That's just his style.And I caught daddy soaking in his girl a bit.
I am so thankful for our parties. Thankful that I had a wonderful mom who made everything seem like a big deal and hoping that I can do the same for our children. I am thankful for this life and the memories that we are daily making...
....backyard memories and pizza party picnics are the best!

Mabel is changing already! I can't believe it! I will follow this tradition when we're blessed with kids! I love the joy that inspires me everyday from this blog! :) Even been walking now that we have the new house and our dogs back after 2 years being apart from them!!
Aww...sounds like a blast! I saw you walking home last night btw, hard to miss those redheads!
This week has turned out to be a little more busy that I thought, but I am trying to find the time to stop by. I HAVE to meet Mabel before I head back to California!! :)
