A couple of weeks ago, I pointed out that if I never worked out again I would probably easily maintain my weight right around 120 pounds. It's my body's natural weight. It becomes very easy for me to eat, live and not gain or lose right about here.
Our life has been a little bit out of the ordinary over the past week. Therefore, I haven't worked out at all. Not one time. It makes me sad and I'm longing for a nice, long walk. However, some things are just far more important. I still have a couple months until Christmas--when I want to hit my goal--so I'm not sweatin it.
