Weigh In Wednesday (10.27)

Happy Weigh-In Wednesday!
Here is my most recent body-length photo. The beauty next to me is Katie, 7 months pregnant with baby Ivy. She's glowing and gorgeous ((& I love her deeply)).
Since Rachel has been here, working out has been the least of my priorities. Eating well has also not been at the top of my list. We are surviving. Playing. Enjoying.
In the midst, however, I have managed to lose a bit.
...Thanks to metabolism...
Weight last week: 118 pounds.
Weight today: 117 pounds.
Down a pound.
& a pound is a pound is a pound.

It's not unusual to be loved by anyone said...

Sometimes other stuff in life especially life itself, family and friends become more important than loosing weight....there will be other weeks when you'll have enough time and motivation to work out.
I haven't worked out in weeks....the job is stressfull and i have a lot to do with my headaches. But i found a studio which has Yoga and Pilates lessons and i already called them. That's my so called SPORT...ha, ha.
