The SOAP Bible Study Method is easy and practical.
Basically we read the Scripture for the day and write it out.Then we write out our Observation of the scripture, or what it clearly says.
Next we write our Application, or how it applies to our lives, personally.
Last, we write out a simple Prayer for the day.
Last, we write out a simple Prayer for the day.
Each day, we do the same things, only with different scripture. By the end of the 12 week study, we will have wrote out the entire book of 'James.'
We will have thought about each and every verse in more detail and applied to our lives.
It will hopefully help us to think deeper, and memorize more.
Scripture tells us that a young person can stay on the path of purity by hiding the Word in our heart [Psalm 119:9-11]
So here are a few examples of how my binder looks. I started the study a couple of days ahead of you all so that I can plan ahead and be on top of my morning emails. I will only be a few days ahead and am anxious to explore your thoughts each day!!!Hopefully everything is becoming a little more clear in your mind. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to email me and ask.
So remember, our VLOG will be Sunday night and our first email will be sent out Monday morning (January 24th) before 9 am. I look forward to growing with each of you!!!

I just recently heard about this technique. I'm so excited to start. I'm have already dedicated a hard cover journal for it... (What else will I do with them. I love writing and that's what my family gives me as gifts... (^_^)* At least I won't run out of them. ) Anyway thanks for the tips.
